Agreed, might be odd being a guy you’d think i’d prefer to watch girls in animes, but there is way to much over kill with girls in animes these days, i want a good male main character

Well it’s not about seeing him fight and what not, but since the plot is always about him, it’s really annoying that we have to wait so much until he decides to enter the new MMO.

If you are concerned about large files, you could check out the other mini-mkv releases, such as Hi10 encodes. But this limits your selection of subtitles (unless you manually add other groups), and this adds to the amount of time you have to wait before actually watching an episode.

I watch regular releases, but sometimes replace files in my archive with the more compressed versions (e.g. movies).

        Don’t advertise/suggest shitty hi10 encodes here.

Why are they shitty? Is there a terrible tradeoff between quality and compression in their encodes?

There is no quality. It’s disgusting. There also isn’t any “compression” the low filesize is just because all the data is lost.

You know the 480p is less than 150mb. Buy another HDD, delete some shit, or download lower resolution baka

well thanks for your suggestion…. to be honest i already bought 4TB HDD and it seems still can’t contain all the anime i’ve already downloaded
yes for sure i can download lesser quality video but i’m not going to do it because it will spoil the experience of watching anime hahaha
i guess the only solution is to delete it after i’m watching it *yare yare*

I had 4TB full of anime. I soon learned that it’s really REALLY pointless to store anime. I suggest you just delete after watching. Storing is pointless. Keep the anime you really like.

That’s how I felt while watching the Chimera Ant arc in Hunter x Hunter. Luckily, most of it payed off (in my opinion). Except maybe the octopuss. I wasn’t too fond of his appearances throughout the arc, or any screen time allocated to him.

HxH was never boring at all, you are just too familiarized with plain and mainstream shonen that you thought HxH was going to be the same as that, and Ikalgo was a very interesting character considering the setting of the arc (A “traitor” that still has pity for his enemies).

And keep in mind that the coming arcs have nearly no action compared to the chimera one, so I don’t know what you’ll consider that then.

Wow people. This is just setting the scene and you guys already want Kirito’s D.

Calm down, this show has becoming pretty damn mediocre. The only interesting part of this anime was the Aincrad arc, everything else is just milking the cash cow and is only watchable to pass the time, nothing more.

I know it’s mediocre, especially when you compare it to Log Horizon, but they could at least do a good adaptation of the LN, because setting the scene in an anime isn’t interesting when it’s taking too long, even if you have 24 episodes.
